Preparing Logo Artwork for Custom Signage

What LobbyBrand needs from your logo file before a sign, mat or display can be specified.

Artwork quality has a direct effect on how clean the finished product looks, especially at a larger physical scale than your logo is usually viewed.

File type

A vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or a high-resolution PDF) gives the cleanest result because it scales to any physical size without loss of detail. If a vector file is not available, send the highest-resolution raster file you have (PNG or JPG) and we will review whether it is suitable or needs to be recreated as part of the project.

Color

If your brand uses specific colors — a Pantone reference, a hex code, or a metallic finish you already use elsewhere — include it. This is reviewed against the material and finish options available for the product.

Detail at scale

Very fine detail, thin line work or small text can behave differently once a logo is produced at sign or display scale. This is reviewed case by case as part of the proof process, not assumed upfront.

What to send us

Your logo file (PNG, JPG or PDF through the project form), any brand color references you have, and a note on where the artwork will be used. Production only proceeds after you approve a proof showing exactly what will be made.
