How we support the project

A production partner behind your client work.

Every request is reviewed by a person before it moves forward. We work from the artwork, space and specification you provide, and keep you in the loop through quote, proof and production review — without inserting ourselves into your client relationship.

Built on the four product families

Every trade project resolves to one of these — specified for the client space, not picked from a fixed catalog.

Project workflow

The same review path for every project, from a single sign to a multi-location rollout.

01

Brief

Space, artwork and application context.

Material and specification

Every material, finish and dimension is reviewed against the actual space.

Material and finish choices are reviewed against your project context before anything is quoted, not selected from a fixed catalog. A production proof confirms the exact specification before it moves to production.

One specification, applied consistently.

Repeat and multi-site projects are reviewed against the original specification so a second, third or tenth location matches the first.

SizeReviewed against the actual wall, floor or booth dimensions — not a fixed catalog size.
MaterialConfirmed for the environment: traffic, cleaning and daylight or task lighting.
FinishLocked to the original specification for repeat and multi-site orders.
ReferenceShare the prior project reference when requesting a repeat order.

Artwork and specification

We work from what you send.

Send finished artwork, brand guidelines or a specification sheet if you have one. If a detail is not finalized yet, note it — production only proceeds once every specification is confirmed through the proof.

Need blind shipping or project-specific fulfillment for a client? Ask about project-specific fulfillment when you submit your request; arrangements are reviewed per project.

Common questions

Do you offer trade pricing or volume discounts?

Pricing is quoted per project. Any trade or volume terms are reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis and are never automatic.

Can I apply on behalf of my firm or agency?

Yes — submit a project request with your firm details. Applications are reviewed by a person; acceptance is not guaranteed.

Will you contact our client directly?

Only if agreed with you first. The default working relationship is set per project.

What do you need to start a multi-location project?

The approved artwork or brand guideline and a list of the locations. Each site is still reviewed against its own space.

Trade pricing, credit, deposit terms and sending privileges require explicit project approval. Application does not guarantee acceptance.
